Terms & Conditions – Adam International Rice Mills

Welcome to Adam International Rice Mills Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and distribution services. By accessing our website or purchasing/repackaging our products, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms:

This website is owned and operated by Adam International Rice Mills Pvt Ltd, a registered rice exporter based in Pakistan. All content (logos, images, text) is our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.

2. Product Orders & Payments:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk orders require a 50% advance payment, with the balance due before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Distribution & Brand Packaging Policy
3.1 Authorized Distribution:

Distributors/resellers must enter a written agreement with Adam International Rice Mills before using our brand name, logos, or packaging. Unauthorized reselling or repackaging of our products is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Packaging Guidelines:

Distributors must not alter, deface, or misrepresent our original packaging. Any repackaging must include:

Original batch numbers & expiry dates. A clear label: "Distributed by [Your Company Name] – Not Affiliated with Adam International Rice Mills." Failure to comply may result in legal action and termination of supply.

3.3 Quality Control:

Distributors are responsible for storing and transporting products under suitable conditions (e.g., moisture-free, pest-free). We are not liable for damages caused by improper handling post-delivery.

4. Shipping & Returns:

Export orders are subject to INCOTERMS 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF). Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for: Delays due to customs, weather, or logistics. Misuse of products by end consumers.

6. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in [Your City] courts.
