5.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team and payment is received or a payment arrangement is agreed upon.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Retail orders — full payment is required before dispatch
• Bulk/wholesale orders — payment terms are agreed upon individually
• Export orders — payment terms as per the export contract or Letter of Credit (LC)

5.4 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, and cash on delivery (where applicable). Details will be confirmed at the time of order.

6.1 Domestic Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through our logistics partners
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation

6.2 Export / International Shipments

• Export orders are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are agreed upon in the export contract
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or port congestion

6.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged shipment, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence
• Claims for lost shipments will be investigated with our logistics partner
• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services

7.1 Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our rice. Every batch is tested and graded before dispatch. If you receive a product that does not meet the described quality standard, please contact us immediately.

7.2 Return Conditions

• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered
• The product has a quality defect not caused during transit or storage by the customer
• The request is made within 5 days of receiving the order

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly
• Products where the original packaging seal has been broken without valid reason
• Out-of-stock items that were substituted with your prior agreement
